Bug Description
I want to completely disable the auto-brightness change feature since it doesn't work at all for me.Plain GNOME as such has an option for disabling this feature in the Power Options but unfortunately
ubuntu-gnome doesn't(?). You can imagine how annoying and extremely difficult to work with, when it randomly changed my brightness to extremes.
OS - Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 Had tried on 15.10 as well.
GNOME - 3.18.2/3/4; Didn't work on any of them.
Kernel - 4.4.0-22-generic

PS -
1. Is 'gnome-shell' the correct place or should i file it in 'gnome-
2. People trying to reproduce the buggy-ness of Auto Brightness feature may have to do a bit of trial-error since it sometimes stays static...
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
