It should go to gnome-control-center online accounts panels, is it not doing that?

It shows the gnome-control-center option under result that search returns which is the Online Accounts Preference Windows(Purple Vs. Blue).

Please run this command:

gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences action-double-click-titlebar

The output should be 'toggle-maximize'. If it is not, please run

gsettings reset org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences action-double-click-titlebar

Sorry, I meant to post my previous reply to LP: #1575415 instead.

The extra "Online Accounts" is from unity-control-center-signon (specifically its credentials-preferences.desktop).

Do you have Unity installed?
