Bug Description
As of a recent reboot, my trackpad no longer triggers scroll events. I haven't changed any settings within gnome to my knowledge.
I had just upgraded xorg - a new version appeared in the main repositories yesterday or so. I'm running the latest saucy mainline kernel too for reference...
$ uname -a
Linux cefn-saucy-portege 3.11.0-
Not much more detail to report. The whole of the trackpad now works as a trackpad, and there is no longer any scroll behaviour, where previously there was a column on the right of the trackpad which triggered scroll events (which was good).
Two fingered scroll has always been grayed out on my Mouse and Touchpad settings on this machine.
Sadly one of the reasons I'm running Ubuntu Gnome is to get my trackpad configured properly. Looks like a regression somewhere between the mainline kernel and xorg or gnome-shell settings.
