Bug Description
I tried activating the Zoom within Gnome's Universal Access settings. After a reboot, I found that the mouse was incredibly laggy, until I deactivated Zoom altogether.
This can be consistently reproduced by enabling the Zoom setting, and the workaround is just to turn it off again.
When Zoom is active, it makes the desktop essentially unusable (takes a second or so for the mouse to arrive at any destination).
