gnome-shell doesn't start with acitvated typing assistant

Bug Description
after activating the "typing assistent" in the "accessibility menu" the onscreen keyboard works fine but if I restart the system or want to login again gnome-shell just load the background. Then I need to switch to unity to deactivate the "typing assistent" again
