Cannot view Battery Icon in Ubuntu Gnome-Remix 13.04

Bug Description

The battery icon is missing from the notification bar, I installed gnome-power-manager, and even manually changed dconf for showing the battery, the them has the battery icon, even in dconf, the settings has battery icon enabled. Still the icon does not show up.

lsb-release : ubuntu gnome-remix 13.10
Kernel : 3.9

What version of gnome-shell are you using?

Hi Jeremy,

This bug was fixed but is again reproducible after today's update.

find below the cat /etc/lsb-release output

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=13.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=saucy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu Saucy Salamander (development branch)"

I am currently using GNOME Shell 3.8.3
