Bug Description
When I close the lid of my laptop and open it up again, I input my password through the gdm screen and then when the desktop reappears, I am able to move the pointer on the screen but cannot click on anything. The laptop isn't completely frozen (I can open up a tty terminal using the Ctrl + Alt + F1 shortcut) but the desktop is unresponsive and I have to restart gnome-shell to get the desktop working again.

Does this freeze still happen if you disable all gnome-shell extensions?
