Bug Description
Running Ubuntu 21.10 (I know it is still not released, but wanted to test it). I noticed that there a bug where when you have the Dock at the bottom and you launch an app, which minimizing it it won’t minimize to the bottom as it still thinks the Dock is off to the left. Once you change work spaces then only does the app realize that the dock is at the bottom of the screen. Please see attached video.

This morning I noticed this bug can be reproduced not just by having the Dock at the bottom but also in the default location of left, and I am pretty sure the same case if you have it on the right as well.
