Bug Description
If the trash is empty (has no deleted files), the trash bin wasn't open at the time, and I right-clicked on it in the dock, it would result in the broken empty menu that appears in the top left corner. Moreover, it always appears on top of every window and the top bar, essentially blocking the Activities button and some parts of the application button that shows the menu for the app.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to GNOME 40
2. Right-click on the empty trash bin in the dock (not in Nautilus)
Expected results:
Nothing would appear.
Actual results:
The broken empty menu in the top left corner shows up
