Freeze

Most of the time Ubuntu boots the dock seems to freeze and not load any icons, sometimes for up to a minute. When this happens the dock will not appear when any window is maximized.

Once in a while Ubuntu loads without a problem. The dock loads instantly and has no problem behind a maximized window.

This sounds like either bug 1896110 or bug 1874578. Do you think?
