Bug Description

The Dock does not appear after the system went into "Blank Screen" (Standby) if I had a fullscreen Youtube Video paused while it went into standby.
Pressing the super key twice brings the dock back.
Probably related to me using multiple monitors, with firefox fullscreen on one of them.

I hope I somewhat correctly categorized the bug, never did this before. If I should write firefox instead please let me know.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please answer these questions:
* Is this reproducible?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
* Does it happen every time? Could you do a small screencast showing the issue?

This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

* It is reproducible, happens every time.
* Steps to reproduce:
  * The following steps are done on my secondary monitor:
  * Open video in Firefox (e.g. youtube)
  * Make the video fullscreen
  * Pause the video
  * Wait for Ubuntu to Blank Out
  * Wake Ubuntu up again
-> Dock is missing on primary monitor

I don't know if I can do a screencast, since the pc has to go into energy-saving mode for it to occur.
However if it possible I would happily do so.

Also, the video is still fullscreen on my secondary monitor when I wake the os up, the dock just disappears from my primary monitor.

I have tested it some more, I can also lock the screen (super + L), same disappearance of dock.

If I have the fullscreen video on my primary monitor, the dock does not disappear, but instead the dock on the primary screen is now displayed above the fullscreen video, the dock on the secondary monitor appears just fine.
