Bug Description
Ubuntu 19.10
1. I connected a USB external HDD to my computer. A gray USB icon appeared on the dash. I started the Files app and then right clicked on the name of my USB external HDD and then clicked properties. I then clicked the "Select Custom Icon" and selected an icon. The selected custom icon appears on the drive properties screen.
2. The dash should display the selected custom icon for my USB external HDD instead of the default gray USB icon.
3. The dash still shows the default gray USB icon for my external USB HDD. The selected custom icon did not appear on the dash.
