Double-clicking on top bar creates orange rectangle on screen(Enhanced Tiling)

Bug Description
Double clicking on the top bar causes an orange rectangle to appear on the screen which does not go until the original window which was on the screen during this event(which has now reduced in size) is maximized back again. The issue can be supressed currently by disabling Enhanced Tiling in settings. This bug is faced by several people as seen in this thread:

I'm also seeing this orange rectangle issue with double-clicking the top bar. Disabling Enhanced Tiling seems to fix it for now. +1 for the bug!
