Noble tiling overlay broken

Sometimes when dragging a window on Gnome to an edge to arrange window tiling, the translucent orange overlay will cover the top half of the screen. This has been happening on Noble for a month or two now. Usually just resizing the tiled window will make this overlay disappear, but in some cases when this happens, it will cause glitchy tiling behaviors while resizing (looks like a bug in tiling, not graphics) and I will have to move the window from one monitor to another to work around the issue.
