Bug Description
Installed gnome system monitor
sudo apt install gnome-shell-
Rebooted, opened the Tweaks application to enable system-monitor, then configured system-monitor.
It's a perfect replacement for conky, except for one small glitch.
If one enables the "Display Individual Cores" for the CPU, then decides it's better to just show a single graph or digital display of the CPU, unclicking "Display Individual cores" has no effect. It'll continue to show (in my case) all 12 cores on the taskbar.
Zorin OS (Ubuntu flavor) 16.2-r1
HP 17-cp1035cl laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 5625U CPU (6 cores, 12 with SMT)
