Miss placed Hexchat icon when switching workspaces

While switching workspaces, Hexchat icon in the app indicator appears bigger than the normal and in a wrong position then disappears.

Interesting. It looks like you found a way to visualize bug 2012388.

I can reproduce this bug with ubuntu-desktop 24.04 development branch @ 8/12/23

just the same as described above.

I would like to add, when switching workspaces via the left upper dots this bug does not seem to occur

only via worspaces switching on the dock icons and workspace indicator extension(not installed by default)

And it's still happening in the latest 24.04 beta for many apps that are in the app indicator.
