Can toggle Hexchat App Indicator from wrong screen location

Bug Description
If I clicked on the title bar of opened window right under the Hexchat app indicator, it will toggle the appearance of Hexchat window as if clicking on the app indicator icon itself, and will prevent from closing a browser tab for the first click.
This happen even if the AppIndicator extension is disabled.
Also the app indicator icon appears temporary scaled while switching workspaces.
