Bug Description

After upgrading from focal to jammy, I noticed this in my logs:

Apr 10 14:05:40 host <email address hidden>[124051]: unable to update icon for software-update-available
Apr 10 14:05:40 host gnome-shell[124051]: Unhandled promise rejection. To suppress this warning, add an error handler to your promise chain with .catch() or a try-catch block around your await expression. Stack trace of the failed promise:
                                                _checkNeededProperties@/<email address hidden>/appIndicator.js:133:33
                                                _nameOwnerChanged@/<email address hidden>/appIndicator.js:154:18
                                                AppIndicatorsNameWatcher/this._watcherId<@/<email address hidden>/util.js:205:22

This happens after screenlock/unlock.

It looks like https://github.com/ubuntu/gnome-shell-extension-appindicator/issues/334 was filed for this as well.
