Wrong indication of keyboard layout

Bug Description

I often see indicatior of English layout when a set non-english layout. For example, I set russian layout, I see "Uk" in layout indicator. But after few minutes (after working in few different windows) I see "En" in indicator, but I still type in Ukrainian. It's low importance.
