Logout takes far too long.

The test was carried out from a standard user with default encrypted home setup from liveCD.

I have tried unsuccessfully to reproduce this problem.

It must have been a onetime glitch.

Is this related to gedit? Could you please attach ~/.xsession-errors next time you will reproduce the issue?

Gedit is a proxy to trigger the ubuntu-bug process. This bug has nothing to do with gedit.

You will find attached the requested ~/.xsession-errors file for the admin user.

I just logged out and got the bug again.

I am attaching the ~/.xsession-errors file for the admin user that experienced the logout delay.

I suppose this is related to gnome-settings-daemon (and definitely not gedit)
