Bug Description

Media keys and other special keys stop working .

More precise if you do a fresh login and you try to use the volume up ( or any other special key ) multiple times it is going to work for about 4 5 times and then stop responding , after this all the media keys and other special keys like Av mode , S1 , etc ( names differ per laptop - keyboard ) doesn't responding as well and if you try to log out it says that you cant because "gnome-settings-deamon" is not responding .

If you other than that log out and re-login the you can reproduce the problem ( keys will work for some clicks - button presses and then stop responding )

thank you for your bug report, could you add your .xsession-errors to the bug? does it happen in a guest session? I can't confirm the issue there

I just tried to reproduce it in a Guest Session and i was successful . Its was exactly the same as my main user account

A Hint might be to try to press volume up or down key and keep it pressed ( so it actualy loop ) , i use it like this and it only take 3 steps up or down and hung there.

Im attaching my .xsession-error file you asked about .
