Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

I have manually killed settings daemon with `killall gnome-settings-daemon` command because keyboard layout was continuously switching many times per second (I have two layouts: russian and english). It's not the first time this bug appears since i upgraded ubuntu to maverick. Pressing CapsLock (yes, I use it to switch layouts) to change the layout didn't help, clicking on tray icon didn't help either. Layout kept switching.
