Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon

I just removed the Indicator Applet (by accident) and Ubuntu went 'bananas'.
It now looks like Win95 - horrible - it change its look after that crash.

Using 10.10 beta ..updated yesterday 18th September 2010.
