Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
Many often people switching through different layouts use a keyboard shortcut for the switch.
The new keyboard indicator still supports that functionality, but the text in the indicator area showing the current keyboard layout does not get updated when using a shortcut to do the switch, which is very confusing.
In short, when using the keyboard shortcut to switch layout, the layout changes, but the indicator text does not.
