Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-settings-
The problem is these two files:
/usr/share/
/usr/share/
The smaller sizes have been cropped and included in the respective folders , but there is no 48px svg scalable icon .
These are one canvas source[400x300] files which have icons of all the sizes.
When the notification is being displayed this source icon is used, and the icon is unrecognizable [ attaching screenshot]

To fix this ,all I had to do was remove the source and use a 48px svg icon instead in the scalable folder.
