Bug Description

[Summary]
The system voice doesn't change after disable "Over-Amplification"

[Reproduce]
1. Boot into the system.
2. Launch Settings > Sound
3. Enable "Over-Amplification"
4. Maximize the system Volume
5. Disable "Over-Amplification"

[Expected result]
The system voice can become lower.

[Actual result]
The system volume showed as 100 but the voice doesn't become lower.

Thank you for your bug report. So your issue is basically that you would expect that turning off the amplification would lower the volume to the no-amplication level?

Hi @seb128,
Yes, my expectation is that if user disable over-amplification from UI, it'll be the value of 100% only.
