Bug Description

The keyboard backlighting is not working on function keys. Pressing one of the function key responsible with the backlighting I'm getting this error in Logs:
<date> gsd-power: gsd_power_backlight_abs_to_percentage: assertion 'max > min' failed

The keyboard brightness option from the settings doesn't appear anymore.
Also, the keyboard backlighting was working in Ubuntu 18.04 but it doesn't since I upgrade to Ubuntu 18.10.
It can be turned off manually with the command:
echo 0 | sudo tee /sys/class/leds/smc\:\:kbd_backlight/brightness
