Bug Description
When I reboot, GNOME forgets my display backlight setting and puts it back at (roughly) 80% on my Lenovo Yoga 900-13ISK2 laptop
That's not optimal for battery life since it causes power usage to be 1-2 watts higher than it would be under my preferred setting until I manually turn it back down.
