Bug Description

lid close suspend even though external screen is connected

it seems like lid-close-suspend-with-external-monitor is malfunction

lid-close-ac-action overrules it.

even with lid-close-ac-action set to nothing
and lid-close-suspend-with-external-monitor: true
the laptop wont suspend.
