Bug Description
I've got a Lenovo ThinkPad T430s laptop. I frequently connect it to external monitors. Upon disconnecting and reconnecting, the dual monitor layout is not restored and must be manually re-configured each time. This is reproducible each time I reconnect to a previously configured external monitor. This may be a regression from Ubuntu 13.10 since I recall it working fine on that release.
I'm attaching some screenshots, xrandr output, and my monitors.xml file.
