If keyboard layout switching hotkey is set to Ctrl+Shift, Ctrl+Shift+C/V are not working in gnome-terminal

I have installed recent updates:
gnome-control-center – 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu45
gnome-settings-daemon – 3.8.5-0ubuntu11.1

In 12.04.3 I was able to use Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V for copying and pasting text in gnome-terminal even if my keyboard layout change hotkey is set to Ctrl+Shift.
In Saucy I can't use these shortcuts in gnome-terminal.

Updated to latest versions (gnome-control-center 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu45.1, gnome-settings-daemon 3.8.5-0ubuntu11.1) and bug is still here.

Actually, Ctrl+Shift+[any key combination] hotkeys doesn't work in any program after that, see bug #1245473
