The wrong charge time estimate bug is still present in 9.04 Jaunty, Power manager 2.24.2.
What is interesting, the Battery charge monitor (2.26.1) works fine, it gives realistic charge time estimate.
Power manager should do the same.

My laptop is a HP/Compaq 8510w.
