Bug Description
On a system configured with Arabic system locale (right to left layout) and with both English (UK) and Arabic keyboards available the keyboard layout shown by the 'Show Layout Chart' menu item appears corrupt due to some of the four characters on each key being overlaid on each other. What seems to be happening is that under the Arabic locale, the two characters which would normally be displayed at the left and right of each key are instead both placed on the right of the key.
An English (US) keyboard layout does not exhibit this behaviour.
OS: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
