Bug Description

Time from LightDM login to the actual usable desktop is too long, much longer than Natty's, taking something like 40s~60s and, after that, it still takes a little time to things like clicking the Ubuntu button bring the dash or clicking Firefox's icon making it twinkle (kind of reminds me of Windows...). It doesn't seem to be a problem with every Ubuntu installation. Oneiric on my friends laptop is as fast as Natty was in mine.

Additional info: something that looks like my problem happened with a friend's laptop after installing Jupiter. Even without activating it, it seems like it changed something in ureadahead and then it became as slow as mine. After uninstalling Jupiter, the problem went away. However, I don't have Jupiter installed and this happens even in a new installation. Purging ureadahead and reinstalling it didn't change a thing either.
