Unable to shut down (from either lightdm or unity session)

Bug Description

Shutting down the computer from Unity logs me out (or crashes, hard to tell) to lightdm. Attempting to shut down from lightdm does nothing at all. This is a fresh Oneiric installation (not an upgrade) on Lenovo W510, with free software drivers (Nvidia Quadro 880FX)

Thank you for your bug report, could you log into a vt and run ck-list-sessions?

I ran ck-list-sessions, interesting output.

It seems that rabbitmq-server is listed as a logged in user account.
