What you expected to happen: On end session, and subsequent login, I expect the opened application will open again, and then automatically open the document inside.
What happen: The session is not saved. Two behaviour.
With Sistem, Preferences, Session, Options: Automatically save running application on end session
- marked: the running application simply are not saved.
- not marked: on end session, the system ask to close the running application, warning that content may be lost
The Button: System, Preferences, Session, Options: Save running application does nothing.
This problem started with Ubuntu 8.10, with Ubuntu 8.04 all work as expected.
