Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-session
I have noticed this new behavior since upgrading from hardy to intrepid. Behavior persists with gnome-session 2.24.0-0ubuntu1, but I suspect that it occurs with any version since the session moved from ~/.gnome2/session to gconf.
This problem occurs with an account created before the upgrade and an account created after the upgrade. I presently do not have the resources to determine if the problem occurs on a system freshly installed with intrepid.
Release: 8.10
gnome-session:
Installed: 2.24.0-0ubuntu1
Candidate: 2.24.0-0ubuntu1
Version table:

I expected gnome-session-save to save that I have several gnome-terminals open as well as a browser and restart them upon logging out and in again.
