Depends instead of suggests xwayland

Bug Description

The gnome-session package (and ubuntu-session package) depends on xwayland.
I would like it to suggest or recommend instead of depend, because I do not need xwayland and would like to remove the xwayland package from my system.

The same dependency still exists implicitly in mutter/gnome-shell because those can't start without Xwayland (unless given the --no-x11 option).
