Do you find any crash files in /var/crash/ ?

If so then please run:

  ubuntu-bug /var/crash/YOURFILE.crash

Also, does the bug look like bug 1766137 ?

I did run "ubuntu-bug
/var/crash/_usr_lib_gnome-session_gnome-session-check-accelerated.120.crash"
Looked like it was sent.

This bug shows up differently copared to 1766137. This time login will not
progress to blank screen and probability is 100% now as bug 1766137 showed
up to me only maybe 50-70% of the time. I don't know what is the definition
of being the same bug. Looks like different and there was fix for 1766137
so I guess this is different?

Bug 1766137 is not fixed in 18.04 yet. Only in 18.10. So it may still be related. But let's not assume it's the same bug yet...

Please have a look at this link to review crash reports send by your system:
  https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID
where ID is the contents of /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id
And tell us the links of recent reports you find there.
