Bug Description
It looks like that the "Ubuntu on Wayland" translation disappeared after some recent Ubuntu 18.04 update, although the string is fully translated on Launchpad.

The strin is rather new and it has not been translated in all language yets (before the sessions were "Ubuntu on Xorg" and "Ubuntu")
