Bug Description
It has to be disconnected then reconnected to work
Test case:
wireless usb mouse connected
reboot, login to ubuntu-wayland session
What happens:
wireless mouse doesn't work. To get functional it has to be removed & reconnected.
log attached, device is initially found @ 2.445025
@ 109.174529 removed device, then reconnected
