upgrade to artful: Migrate unity-control-center to gnome-control-center

Bug Description

when a user upgrades to artful, if unity-control-center is in the list of favorite apps, it is kept, which is correct. But it should instead be migrated to gnome-control-center that replaces it.

In the migration script, I believe it's called unity-control-center, not ubuntu-*.
