If you disable an application it should create an entry at ~/.config/autostart/something.desktop with a X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=false entry on it, what do you have in there?, thanks. alright, thanks for the feedback, closing the report, thanks again.

I'm having tracker disabled in the preferences>session menu. But at every system start trackerd gets started as well. As far as I remember I didn't have trouble with this in hardy. So I reopen this as a new bug.

So I reopen this as a new bug. gnome-session has been rewritten in intrepid, don't reopen closed bugs which concern different versions only because you have a similar issue in the new one
