Cant run any program after login

After login to my profile I cant run any program. In syslog appears that errors:

When I'm skip to virtual console (ctrl+alt+f1) and run
sudo service lightdm restart
command and login again everything back to normal.

Ubuntu 15.04 (vivid) reached end-of-life on February 4, 2016.
