gnome-screenshot in Gnome 3 captures wrong area and invert image

When a taking a screenshot with gnome-screenshot and selecting to take "only the current window", the area captured is not the current window but a part of it and the capture is inverted.

Here is a screenshot to illustrate, gnome-screenshot was supposed to capture the nautilus window : http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1334060392.png

This only happens on Gnome 3, gnome-screenshot does perfectly well when run in Unity.

I have the same problem. When I choose "only the current window" I get the wrong part of the screenshot and also it's mirror inverted. I also use GNOME Shell.

This also affects me on two systems: desktop and laptop, both using NVidia. Does that relate to the issue or are other also experiencing this bug with other graphical cards?
