Bug Description

Whenever I come to log in, either at startup or when unlocking my multi-monitor machine, the login prompt doesn't appear on the same screen every time. It should be appearing on the primary display each time.

I think what is happening here is that the login prompt is appearing on the screen on which the mouse pointer is located, rather than the primary monitor, so it's not so random at all.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.

 - Multi-monitor setup is not an average user scenario. Not a papercut.
For further information about papercuts criteria, please read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PaperCut.
Don't worry though, this bug has been marked as "Invalid" only in the papercuts project.
