Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver

Steps to reproduce:
1. Lock the screen using CTRL+ALT+L
2. Enter wrong password 6 times
3. Screen is now unlocked!

Thanks for reporting. I can reproduce this with the same gnome-screensaver version.

I think you have to enter the same password each time. When I was typing in different stuff I couldn't get it to work. This might just be coincidental, however.

Mysteriously, I'm unable to trigger the crash running under gdb. Please refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and http://live.gnome.org/GnomeScreensaver/FrequentlyAskedQuestions#head-d50bc17e7d6f3a51c4715f02c657195e80e26c2c and try to obtain debugging information.
