Bug Description

gnome-screensaver has recently started activating while I'm in the middle of web browsing (while I'm actively using the mouse) and using evolution (while I'm actively using the keyboard or mouse). I think I've seen it do it in nautilus, too.

It just did it again as I was typing this sentence. I'm not sure how to debug this, but I'll write out my settings here for gnome-screensaver:

Screensaver: GLText
Set session as idle after: 5 minutes
Active screensaver when session is idle: Yes
Lock screen when screensaver is active: No.

did you recently suspend before this started ?

No, I rarely use suspend because it causes trouble with my wireless card. I do hibernate, though I've been experiencing it again this morning and I haven't suspended or hibernated since my last reboot. I have had the laptop lid closed all night, though (which does not suspend it in my configuration).
