This is a duplicate of the bug I already submitted... but no one has confirmed that one yet and this one is better stated... so yeah, I see this problem as well.
To slightly expand on it, electric-sheep is installed from the repository, gnome-screensaver is also installed. I'm running (now) from a clean install of Dapper Flight 3 with all current updates as of this writing. xscreensaver package is NOT installed. If I install xscreensaver along-side gnome-screensaver, electric-sheep shows up as an option in xscreensaver but it still a no-show in gnome-screensaver.
