Screen locking issue

Bug Description

The screen does not go blank after 4 hours after I upgrade it.Before in ubuntu 15.10 it went to sleep after 5 minutes . Now 10000 hours.

The attachment "The config support file for screen and unity bugs on ubuntu 16.04" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.
